With Full Tilt Pokers FTOPS series coming to an end this weekend "02/21" the Mini Ftops series is getting ready to start March 10th and will run through March 21st. The Mini Ftops runs the same schedule as the regular Ftops events but the tournament buy-ins are 1/10 of the Ftops buy-in amounts. There is over 6 million dollars in guaranteed prize money to be won in these events including a $600,000 guaranteed two day event beginning Saturday March 20th and the main event has a guaranteed prize pool of $800,000 and runs on Sunday March 21st. The series is 27 events including Holdem, Omaha, Razz, Stud and Mixed game events with buy-ins ranging from $10 to $250. The $250 buy-in is the two day event. It is a 6 handed NLHE tournament with 30 minute levels. The end of day one comes at the end of level 17 but if the money has not been reached by the end of level 17, play will continue until the money bubble has burst. This will be the fourth Mini Ftops 2 day event and the past winners were crout, mordovorotishe and hidden1s with prizes reaching over $120,000. The main event has a buy-in of $50+$5 and a guaranteed prize pool of $800,000. On top of the huge guaranteed prize pools that the Mini Ftops has Full tilt is also offering a leader board competition with the winner getting a a special prize package which includes entry to every FTOPS event in the next series, except the Two-Day Event. The prize package is expected to be worth approximately $8,500 in tournament entries. Full Tilt is already running satellites to these events with buy-ins for just a few dollars and even a few freeroll satellites.
