PokerStars Launches Home Games PokerStars launched a new feature this week called "Home Games" that looks to offer friendly private games for players around the world who wouldn't otherwise be able to play a home game with each other. PokerStars Home Games lets players start their own poker club where they control everything from what games/stakes are played to who is able to play. Home Games club managers will also be able to schedule tournaments, set up cash tables and run league competitions. PokerStars Home Games also offers club managers full player statistics and game results to help make running your poker league much easier. Each Home Game Club will have its own lobby, similar to the main PokerStars lobby plus private tables that will include the club name right on the felt of your private online table. As soon as a player creates a poker club they will have access to a whole host of club management tools including a fully customizable club lobby, ability to set up the length of club seasons, accept/remove members and more. PokerStars Home Games will offer four different club levels depending on your PokerStars VIP status. Players at the BronzeStar level will be able to invite up to 50 players to each of their poker clubs and each player can start up to five individual poker clubs. To celebrate the launch of Home Games, PokerStars is giving players the chance to win a trip to one of four amazing locations for up to eight people via a Freeroll tournament for Home Games Club Managers. PokerStars will also be running another Home Games promotion where club managers can win a freeroll that offers a PokerStars Team Pro playing at your Home Game plus $1,000 added to the prize pool.
